Program Specifics Program Specifics

 Our executive training system is designed to give maximum results in a relatively short period of time.  Each participant will be placed in a small group of 3-5 other individuals for the duration of the program.

This is a specialized program specifically designed to improve overall health and fitness of busy executives.  The primary goal of this intensive 8-week regimen is to educate each participant in proper exercise, dietary habits and daily stress management. It is a 5-day/week program, with three days of strength training and two days of conditioning. 

Each participant will also receive a thorough health evaluation, including nutrition consultation and advanced laboratory testing with Dr. Ronald Grabowski, RD, DC. The health evaluation focuses on the prevention and management of chronic disease conditions, difficult diagnoses, overweight/obesity and related complications through traditional and non-traditional approaches.

Laboratory assessments include standard testing as well as an advanced intracellular nutritional analysis and an advanced lipoprotein profile to identify cardiovascular risk.

With in-depth clinical evaluation, advanced diagnostic assessment and treatment, professionals at Total Strength & Conditioning’s Executive Wellness Program strive to improve the daily health and wellbeing of our participants and to prevent complications from chronic conditions.

By providing the latest exercise prescription and education with the most sophisticated nutritional, fitness and wellness treatments, executives are able to permanently modify their lifestyles to reduce their risk for chronic disease or complications from such disease, regain nutritional balance, reduce excess weight and improve over all health and wellness.  Participants and their families are educated about:
