Ron Carroll is an NSCA and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and an experienced strength and conditioning coach. Ron's clients range in age from teens to seniors and everything in between. Ron has also lead seminars in exercise, nutrition and weight management for groups of up to 200 for all ages as well. His experience includes personal and corporate wellness plans, strength and conditioning programs for high school football, sport specific programs for baseball, basketball, soccer, and golf. While studying Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Houston he volunteered as a Youth Leader at Discovery Camp in Columbus, Texas where he taught groups of teens and young adults the benefits and importance of weight training and proper nutrition.
